I’m excited to share that I’ve completed my Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation course and am even more proud that my team earned the highest group grade in the class, while receiving the highest individual grade. It’s been one of the most enriching learning experiences of my program. Our project focused on Prime Video, where we explored strategic innovation opportunities to help the platform stay ahead in a highly competitive streaming landscape. To strengthen our research, we conducted interviews with incredible professionals whose insights added depth and real-world context to our proposal: Rie Boe Pedersen, Prime Video Content Associate Manuela Hernandez Bueno, Amazon Employee Alex Rickert Llacer, AWS Partner Development Manager Monica Vizcaíno Feijoo, Marketing Director at Estrella Galicia Joaquín Garralda Monereo, Strategy Manager at Prime Video Studios Their perspectives on content strategy, technology, and the advertising industry played a key role in shaping the direction of our recommendations. We were evaluated by Rufo de la Rosa, a venture capitalist, who graded us on how concise, scalable, and realistic our proposal was, making the recognition even more meaningful. Key insights from our project: -Customer-centric innovation requires both creativity and operational feasibility. -Leveraging a company’s technological and ecosystem strengths fuels long-term differentiation. -Cross-industry perspectives even from sectors like beverages and advertising can inspire fresh, disruptive ideas. -Successful corporate entrepreneurship demands a balance between experimentation and strategic execution. Skills I strengthened throughout the course: -Strategic analysis and opportunity identification -Conducting qualitative interviews & synthesizing insights -Applying innovation and entrepreneurship frameworks -Storytelling and delivering sharp, high-impact presentations -Team collaboration and leadership in a fast-paced environment A heartfelt thank you to my professor, Soledad Llorente, for her guidance, support, and for constantly challenging us to think bigger.
