Cross-referencing with SQL queries on user activity and recent deployment records, I traced the issue to a specific configuration change affecting session tokens. This swift use of Tools enabled rapid Problem Solving. 📊 Insight: A recent update inadvertently shortened session validity for a segment of users, causing premature logouts and disrupting their User Experience. The data clearly pointed to the root cause. ✅ Outcome: We promptly rolled back the problematic configuration, restoring workflow completion and preventing further churn.
