The concept of GOLDEN CIRCLE, by Simon Sinek which addresses that People don't buy what you do , but buy what you do. So addressing the " WHY " is most important in a communication. Most of us do the mistake of starting the communication with "HOW" and "WHAT" we do and complain that people don't listen to them. Perhaps we don't give them a good reason to pay attention to us...
