How do you scale omnichannel fulfillment without compromising speed, flexibility, or service quality? Together with Hai Robotics, we developed a solution that does exactly that. In a recent project for a leading European premium beauty retailer at our site in Italy, we combined robotics, smart warehouse processes, and seamless software integration into one scalable fulfillment ecosystem. 💡 What makes the difference? Instead of relying on standalone automation, the setup brings together high-density storage, flexible goods-to-person processes, and fully integrated WMS and WCS systems. The result: - Over 88,000 storage locations within just 4,000 sqm - Throughput around 3,000 totes per hour - Stable performance even during peak periods Beyond the numbers, the real value lies in flexibility. The system adapts to changing demand, supports both B2B and B2C flows, and grows with increasing SKU complexity, all without requiring additional warehouse space.
