𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 — 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. Last Friday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Massimo Scaccabarozzi to our Italian offices for an inspiring and thought-provoking session. With more than two decades of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry — including his role as President and Managing Director of Janssen Italy, President of Farmindustria for 11 years and his current position as Director of ON RADAR, the Think Tank of Fondazione Menarini — Mr Scaccabarozzi has built an extraordinary career shaped by vision, innovation, and responsibility. What resonated most with our teams, however, was not only his professional journey, but the way he shared it: through authentic stories that combined strategic leadership insights with deeply human experiences. A key message from the session was clear: 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. This perspective strongly reflects the values we embrace as a company, where expertise, empathy, and the ability to inspire others go hand in hand. Mr Scaccabarozzi also shares his experience with students at several universities, helping shape the next generation of leaders. We are especially grateful that he took the time to visit us and share his experience, perspectives, and vision with us.
