Quality Assurance Bazaar (QA Bazaar), organized this spring by Arvato Systems Malaysia, brought together our ONE QA community for a dynamic virtual learning exchange focused on shaping the future of quality engineering through AI. The session opened with Rene Stehr highlighting how AI is transforming our business and why platforms like QA Bazaar are vital for shared learning and evolving our ways of work. Key highlights included Marcus Stephan and Toni Kraja (Arvato Systems Germany)’s introduction to the Shift-Left approach, and the importance of driving earlier QA involvement to reduce risks, accelerate feedback, and improve release stability. With Arvato Systems Malaysia’s Calvin Mok, we also explored cutting-edge innovations such as AI-powered self-healing automation using Robot Framework, and a sharing on an AI agent by Chris Dittrich (Arvato Systems Germany), which enables fully traceable, automated test generation. Real-world application came to life through Sorin Mitrea (Arvato Systems Romania)’s insights on image-based automation in healthcare, demonstrating improved resilience, compliance, and testing efficiency.
