At Arvato Systems Malaysia, we believe diversity is more than a value—it’s our strength. Our recent Cultural Day brought this belief to life through a vibrant and engaging celebration of the many cultures that make up our workplace. Organised by our Corporate Responsibility team, the event featured three interactive segments. Colleagues representing 10 nationalities shared insights into their home countries, from cuisine and customs to traditional attire. This was followed by a lively Slido quiz that tested participants’ knowledge and added a competitive twist. The session concluded with a fun silent karaoke session, where teams guessed songs from across cultures. The great turnout, both in-person and online, reflected the enthusiasm of our teams. More importantly, it reinforced the importance of creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
