✨ This year’s End-of-Year Party felt different. More meaningful... 🙌 2025 marked 7 years of Arvato Systems Romania, seven formative years that shaped our culture, our values, and the spirit of our team. 🚀 From 18 to over 160 colleagues, a new modern office, and a community that truly feels like the place we want to be, we’ve grown in every way. What these seven years taught us is simple: People build the business. People build the culture.
