Ever wondered what it feels like to be at the centre of winemaking innovation? Together with Foster + Partners, we've designed a unique facility at the new Le Dôme winery in Bordeaux’s Saint-Émilion terroir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This design merges state-of-the-art winemaking with stunning 360º views of the surrounding vineyards. The building’s circular, two-storey layout enhances the visitor experience, featuring a spectacular domed timber roof with a 40-metre diameter. This self-supported structure not only captivates with its architecture but also offers panoramic views and natural light streaming through a 6-metre-wide skylight. Through advanced acoustic modelling, we meticulously engineered the environment to ensure that both winemaking activities and visitor experiences coexist harmoniously. #WineryDesign #AcousticEngineering #Architecture
