Analytics Consultant | Data Analyst | SQL • Data Modeling • BI | Driving Scalable Data Solutions & Business Insights
After 12 years as a Data Analyst, I’m no longer thinking only about dashboards. For most of my career, my focus was on answering business questions through SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, and data analysis. But over the years, I noticed a recurring challenge: The biggest problem wasn’t analyzing data. The biggest problem was getting clean, reliable, and scalable data to the people who needed it. That realization pushed me to start learning Data Engineering. Today, I’m expanding my skills in: • Python • Advanced SQL • Snowflake • Data Modeling • ETL/ELT Pipelines • Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure) Not because I want to abandon analytics. Because I want to understand the entire data lifecycle—from raw data ingestion to executive dashboards and business decisions. The industry is changing. Organizations increasingly need professionals who can bridge business needs, analytics, and engineering. My goal is simple: Become an end-to-end data professional who can move seamlessly from data source → pipeline → warehouse → dashboard → business insight. The learning curve is challenging, but it’s also one of the most exciting career transitions I’ve undertaken. For those who have made the Analyst → Engineer journey, what was the most valuable skill you learned along the way? #DataAnalytics #DataEngineering #SQL #Python #Snowflake #PowerBI #DataWarehouse #CareerGrowth #Analytics #DataProfessionals
