Seven years ago, I thought supply chain was mostly about inventory, suppliers, and shipments. I was wrong. What I've learned throughout my career is that the biggest supply chain challenges are usually decision-making challenges. When data is fragmented, processes are manual, and teams lack visibility, even the best operations struggle to perform. That's where I've focused my career. I've worked across SAP implementations, supply chain transformation programs, strategic sourcing initiatives, demand planning, and advanced analytics projects. My journey has taken me from ERP implementation projects at TCS, to digital transformation initiatives at HCL Technologies, to helping Fortune 500 clients solve complex supply chain challenges at McKinsey. Along the way, I've helped organizations unlock more than $15M in working capital, reduce supply disruptions by 25%, reduce stockouts by 30%, improve process efficiency through automation, and drive measurable savings across procurement and operations. What excites me most is solving business problems at the intersection of supply chain, analytics, and technology. Sometimes that means building Python-based predictive models to identify supplier risks before they impact operations. Sometimes it means automating reporting processes that give leaders faster access to critical insights. And sometimes it means helping organizations rethink how planning, procurement, finance, and operations work together to drive better outcomes. The common thread is simple. I enjoy turning complex operational data into practical business decisions. Today, companies need supply chains that are resilient, efficient, and adaptable.
