It was a pleasure to contribute with the chapter titled: "UV light-based technologies for potential application in the agri-food sector" in the roadmap "2025 Photonics for Agrifood Roadmap: towards a sustainable and healthir planet" together with Koenraad Van Hoorde and Brijesh K. Tiwari. Status of the UV light-based technologies, their Current and Future challenges, and the Advances in science and technology to meet these challenges were explained and discussed. Still so much to know and so much to do!
