Everyone says “UX matters more than UI.” And yes  if your product isn’t usable, nothing else matters. But here’s what we don’t talk about enough: If your product isn’t visually appealing, users may never stay long enough to experience your UX. First impressions happen in milliseconds. Before users understand your product… they feel it.
