𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻. 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁.   We are delighted that Eberechi Eze, Michelle Agyemang and Reece Bedford were all recognised by the Football Black List this week, at their annual celebration of Black excellence, influence and achievements in football.   Ebere is recognised for his impact beyond the pitch through The Eze Foundation - his ongoing commitment to connecting young people to education, opportunity, and real career pathways.   Michelle received the Cyrille Regis Award, for her role in the Lionesses - defending the UEFA Women's European Championship title and being named Young Player of the Tournament for 2025. The growth of the women's game is central to our story, and at just 19, Michelle is already helping shape its future while writing an incredible chapter of her own.   It is also fantastic to see our wider Arsenal family represented, with Reece Bedford celebrated in the media category for his role in championing ED&I as part of our Communications team.   The achievements of Ebere, Michelle and Reece mark the continued importance of diversity and inclusion across our game. Together, we will continue to build a club where everyone feels welcome, represented and proud to belong.
