Construction is advancing on the SM Nuvali Office Tower, a 19-story office building designed as a landmark within the SM Group's expanding mixed-use development south of Metro Manila. Responding to the site's unique geometry, the tower's triangular floorplate is extruded into a distinctive slanted form, with curved corners creating a sleek, streamlined profile. Connected directly to the adjacent mall, the building will provide 56,400 square meters of modern workspace for corporate and BPO tenants.
