The window to become an Anthropic Premier Partner is closing faster than most SIs recognize. The value is not just model access. It's co-sell motion, early enterprise API exposure, and a brand that buyers are starting to specify by name in RFPs — a signal worth paying attention to. On TCO, Claude's performance on structured enterprise data — ERP, compliance workflows, financial reconciliations — translates into real FTE deflection and fewer rework cycles. That's a conversation CFOs engage with. i really feel the timing question is genuine. Firms that established early positioning with AWS, Salesforce, and SAP BTP are still benefiting from those decisions. The same dynamic appears to be playing out here, but in a much tighter window. One thing I'd argue is non-negotiable for any SI serious about this space: get a lighthouse deployment in production before negotiating partnership tier. Without a live client reference, the co-sell story has no foundation.
