Today’s winners:  • 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 & 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱: Towern3000 Projekt- & Medienagentur GmbH with its CEPA-solutions® prefabricated exterior façade system, which combines external insulation, heating, and cooling in a single renovation step, simplifying the energy-efficient refurbishment of existing buildings,  • 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲: Midstad Advisory GmbH with its Social Impact Dashboard, a data-driven analysis of the societal impact of real estate projects and inner-city locations,  • 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵: EnerCube GmbH with its heat pump module, a prefabricated external heat pump solution for multi-family residential buildings.
