god webinars suck and it's not your software. 8 things to do to make your webinars suck less from a guy who has run 500+ webinars: 1. get a decent microphone—you cost 100K+ a year but you can't invest in a $200 microphone? 2. remove the two minutes of dead time at the start of your webinar, no one wants to watch that 3. BE WEIRD. no one is going to remember it if you aren't 4. HAVE FUN. you can do anything else with your life, if you're not enjoying hosting this stuff, don't do it. 5. timestamps. you're out here yapping for 45 minutes, show me where i should focus. 6. Get the recording out fast, why we waiting 24 hours? 7. DONT GIVE ME THAT PRERECORDED STUFF, why am i waiting a week for something that's ready when I sign up? Why am i joining live when you aren't? 8. answer my questions! Why am i here if you're not going to answer my questions? glad i got this off my chest, please proceed 🫡
