Legal LinkedIn may (definitely will) have told you that on Friday, the (318) page judgment landed in the Pan-NOx litigation (https://lnkd.in/eMRkx32q). It is a pleasure to have acted for the Porsche Defendants across many months of trial. The litigation is a group action involving claims brought by around 1.6 million Claimants against a variety of diesel motor vehicle manufacturers. It is unprecedented in its size and scale, as reflected in this judgment from Cockerill LJ.
