Ça faisait, un moment que ça me trottait dans la tête, et finalement, après 12 années riches et intenses en tant que DSI, j’ai décidé de franchir une nouvelle étape : je deviens freelance ! Mon objectif : Accompagner les organisations dans leurs enjeux IT stratégiques, technologiques et opérationnels, afin de soutenir leur croissance et leur transformation digitale. Les missions : - CEO/CIO Advisory & IT Strategy. - Direction de programmes/projets ERP (particulièrement SAP). - Management de transition. - Audits IT / Organisationnels. - Due diligences IT (Carve-in/out).   Je tiens à remercier toutes les personnes qui m’ont écouté, challengé, soutenu, inspiré dans cette réflexion et particulièrement : Sophie Blandin et Franck Edouard, qui ont été un peu les catalyseurs !
