I am so sad to hear that Tony Hseih has passed away yesterday. He was such a great inspiring person for millions people and me. CEO of Zappos for 21 years, he thought that happiness of employees and customers is more important than advertising. I read his book “delivering happiness” 5 times. It is so inspiring, motivating and energizing (much more than Sun Zu's "Art of War"). It has helped me to change my way of doing business, and managing.
