Congratulations to ARL small business professionals Anne Carman and David Christ on receiving the FY25 Verdure Award for their role in streamlining the Army acquisition process to make it easier for the Army to partner with small businesses. Working with the U.S. Army Materiel Command, they developed a user-friendly Justification & Approval template that empowered the use of small business direct awards.
