Winter after winter, their crews faced the same brutal routine. 20,000 plug valves. Sub‑zero temperatures. And a maintenance cycle that never seemed to end. Then one seized valve triggered a safety fine of more than $1M — and everything had to change. 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻: Sometimes the biggest operational wins come from eliminating the work no one should have to do in the first place.
