Here we go again! I can’t think of a better way to start the new year. Two office projects from Wrocław and Kraków sold to Stena Real Estate BV! The international property company (part of the Swedish Stena Group) has bought the first phase of the Centrum Południe complex in Wroclaw and the last building of the High5ive complex in Krakow for EUR 128 million.   This success in possible thanks to our great, hard-working #SkanskaTeam. Many thanks to Adrian Karczewicz, Mariusz Krzak, Pawel Warda, Matylda Weigel, Magdalena Zaceńska, Ania Życińska-Wójcik, Marcin Pędrak, Marek Stasienko, Monika Tkacz, Eliza Jamrozik, Karolina Jamroz, Łukasz Rola, Magdanela Meyer - you’re the best!
