I’m so excited to share that I’ve started a new role as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Illuminus! This opportunity feels especially meaningful to me because it brings together so many things I’m passionate about including people, purpose, and making a difference. It also feels like a full circle moment in my career. Early on, I started my recruiting career in health care, and while my path has expanded over the years, the opportunity to return to work that directly supports caregivers, residents, and families feels incredibly special. Recruitment has always been more than just filling positions to me. It is about building relationships, creating meaningful experiences, and connecting great people with opportunities where they can grow and make an impact. I’m especially grateful because this opportunity came unexpectedly. Sara Errthum reached out to me about the role, and from our very first conversation, the experience felt genuine, welcoming, and aligned with the type of organization I hoped to join. Thank you, Sara, for thinking of me and for making the entire process such a positive one.
