🔄 Reverse Mentoring – A Journey of Shared Perspectives Following the merger of the DACH and Nordics organization at Alstom, I had at the begining of this year the incredible opportunity to participate in a reverse mentoring program with Johan S. Engström — a mentee who, in many ways, has also become a mentor to me. Together, we explored topics that are both timely and timeless: ✨ Generation Gap – understanding different viewpoints and learning from each other ✨ Work-Life Balance – what it means across generations ✨ Communication Across Generations – building bridges, not barriers ✨ Everyday Challenges – and how we navigate them together ✨ The Importance of Company Culture – as the heartbeat of any organization ✨ Regional Differences – and how they shape our collaboration What started as a mentoring experience evolved into a true dialogue — open, honest, and deeply enriching. I’m grateful for the trust, the insights, and the continued journey we’re on. 💬 My takeaway: Reverse mentoring isn’t just a program — it’s a mindset.
