This role will oversee ticket operations for assigned sports, manage digital ticketing processes, collaborate on sales and marketing strategies, support postseason events, and help lead the daily success of the Arizona Ticket Office. The position also plays a key role in enhancing customer service, analyzing sales trends, and training the next generation of ticketing professionals.
