I almost quit after 15 job applications😫 No rejection. No feedback. Just silence… And honestly, silence is the hardest response to deal with because you don’t know what you’re doing wrong. I started questioning everything: Was it my CV? My LinkedIn? Was I even applying for the right roles? Instead of sending more applications, I paused and audited myself. I asked: • Am I truly qualified for these roles? • Does my CV match what employers are asking for? • Does my LinkedIn tell the same story as my CV? The answers... I was applying too broadly. My CV listed responsibilities instead of results. Plus, my LinkedIn looked abandoned. So I fixed all three. Application #16 got a response. Application #19 got me an interview. Here’s what I’ve learned: Job search is about working strategically not just working hard. If you’re currently hearing nothing back, don’t rush to send another 50 applications.
