Drumroll please… We are officially announcing the new Conscience Apprentices joining our family! 🎉 Gauri Jaswal and I launched our Inaugural Conscience Apprenticeship Program to provide hands-on mentorship to the next generation of investors. We are excited to welcome such incredible talent into our community: Anya Button Armaan Kanani Gavin Yuan Kim Tran Prazul Wokhlu Reva J. Sean Cai Selene Xu Our Apprentices were selected after our rigorous (but fun) 3-part interview process, screening for exceptional intellectual horsepower, analytical ability, creativity, resourcefulness, and cultural fit with our firm. The acceptance rate for the program was < 4%. To help our new Apprentices grow into their investing and operational skills, we designed our comprehensive educational program to be as interactive and hands-on as possible. Our goal is to help our Apprentices best partner with promising early-stage founders and positively support the innovation ecosystem.
