Annual International Management Meeting! Once again, the time had come: the branch managers of our 18 global subsidiaries came togehter at our headquarters in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock for the annual International Management Meeting. After a brief review of the challenges and successes of the past year, we quickly turned our focus to the future. With the goal of continuing to drive ARI's global success in the years ahead, we held in-depth discussions on the right strategies to meet increasingly complex requirements. Among the key topics were our target markets and future projects, the opportunities of digitalisation, and the introduction of new internal processes and systems. Alongside the professional discussions, the International Management Meeting also provides the perfect opportunity to strengthen personal relationships, create synergies and further develop our intercultural collaboration. We especially enjoyed this during a joint kitchen party in our company restaurant. Many thanks to everyone who once again made this meeting a great success and helped lay an important foundation for the months and years ahead.
