Argent Energy is among the first companies to use the Port of Amsterdam’s Transition Fund to help cut emissions at the site. The agreement was recently formalised at the Port of Amsterdam, marking a step forward for the project. With support from the fund, Argent Energy will install a hot water circulation system that reuses residual heat, helping replace natural gas usage and reduce site emissions by around 10% - equivalent to more than 2,600 tonnes of CO₂ annually.
