Nobody talks about this. Imagine what would have happened if all the railway operators would have gone on a lockdown while there was still coal, petrol, construction materials, or not to mention cereal to be delivered from storage facilities to production plants. For the past few months, we as a company have managed to continue operating 24/7 for our clients despite the COVID-19 pandemic. That famous railway-style discipline helped us implement agile measures both back-office and operational, measures that have become part of how we do things. Many thanks to our colleagues for how fast they have adapted to the current climate so that we continue to provide excellent services to our customers.
