We've been working with Irish artisan producers for decades. Not because it was a trend. Not because it made commercial sense at the time. But because we believed in their craft, and we wanted to support people doing good work. Over the years, that simple commitment has helped create a space where small producers could grow, customers could discover real Irish food and artisan products could become meaningful gifts We never set out to “lead” anything. We just stayed close to Irish makers, built long relationships, and put their work at the centre of what we do. Today, there are more gifting options than ever and that’s a good thing for Irish producers. But our approach remains exactly what it has always been: quiet, honest, and rooted in real connections across Ireland. We don’t shout about it too much. We don’t dress it up in anything that's fancy [we prefer recyclable :)].
