New case study! How do you validate a therapeutic target for a disease? By following the evidence — across multiple omics layers and real-world patient data. In collaboration with Alchemab Therapeutics, we explored and validated promising mechanisms related to lipid metabolism and disease progression in Parkinson’s, using rich datasets from the Michael J. Fox Foundation and beyond. The result? Multiple converging lines of evidence that support high-confidence targets — and offer deeper insight into Parkinson’s disease biology.
