Exciting news in the fight against esophageal cancer! We are happy to share an update from the EU-funded TRANSCAN-3 project (T-PLEX EAC), which is now entering its third year with solid progress in developing personalized T-cell therapies for esophageal adenocarcinoma for patients, who do not respond to standard treatments. Ardigen contributed to the project by deploying our AI-based platform - ARDentify, to analyze patient genetic data and identify the most promising antigen targets on tumor cells. This helps guide the design of therapies that can be tailored to each individual patient. The consortium has reached a strategic milestone. Patient sample sequencing has been completed, and the effective prioritization of neoantigens via the Ardigen platform has successfully defined the necessary molecular targets. This, combined with our partners' advancement of their innovative T-cell isolation method, establishes a new framework for personalized immunotherapy. We are honored that our technology contributes to these significant advances alongside our partners: PEPperPRINT, Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, and IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital.
