☀️ Team spirit beyond the workplace: On 18 June, our colleagues in Košice (Slovakia) traded keyboards, monitors, and meeting rooms for sports fields, badminton courts, and golf clubs during their annual summer team-building event. The day was filled with friendly competition, plenty of laughter, and opportunities to connect outside of our everyday work environment. Most importantly, it was a reminder that strong teams are built not only through collaboration on projects, but also through the relationships and experiences we share together. At Arcondis, we believe that investing in our people means creating opportunities to connect, support one another, and celebrate the moments that bring us closer as a team.
