Celebrating 15 Years of Impact: Boris’ Inspiring Journey at Arcondis At Arcondis, we believe that people make the difference. With today’s #FabFriday, we’re proud to celebrate a colleague who has truly made a lasting impact: Boris Zorn, who marks an incredible 15 years with the company. Boris joined Arcondis in 2010 as a Junior Consultant in Switzerland. In 2016, Boris stepped into the role of Team Lead, guiding a group of consultants. Just a few years later, in 2019, Boris became Department Lead and joined our Global Leadership Team (GLT). Now, in 2025, Boris has taken on a new and pivotal position: Head of People & Culture. With his deep understanding of our organisation and unwavering belief in the power of human connection, he’s perfectly placed to shape the future of our culture, ensuring that Arcondis remains a place where people grow, thrive, and make a difference. Over the past 15 years, Boris has shown extraordinary adaptability, empathy, and resilience. He is trusted, respected, and embodies the values we hold dear at Arcondis.
