Excited to share our CS Capstone project at Virginia Tech: Enhancing SQL Learning with Instructor-Driven Tutorials and AI Assistance. Our team built on the existing DBWorkout platform to support structured, instructor-uploaded SQL tutorials, student progress tracking, and optional AI assistance that can be enabled or disabled for controlled learning. I really enjoyed working with my teammates - Adam Schantz , Christian Djan , Paul Swaray , and John Kelly - and I’m grateful for the guidance from our advisor, Sehrish Basir Nizamani . Open communication with the professor and the CHCI research group was incredibly helpful throughout the project and made the experience even more rewarding.
