*NIA CPDP NO 7* *01/07/26* *THE ARCHITECT AS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIST:* From Design to Decision - Integrating Feasibility, Business Case, Financial Intelligence in Architectural Practice. https://lnkd.in/ehXqABiz *Synopsis* The Nigerian built environment is increasingly driven by investment logic, market demand, and financial performance. Yet many architects remain positioned primarily as design producers rather than strategic development advisors. This CPD reframes architectural practice beyond aesthetics and documentation, equipping architects with the financial, analytical, and strategic skills required to participate meaningfully in feasibility studies, business case development, and investment decision-making. It challenges professionals to move from drawing buildings to shaping development outcomes. *Profile* Arc.
