𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗫-𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗞™ 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝗴? 🙌 Our Guyana team is proving that great ideas can come from anywhere. When a local customer identified a need for a new solution, the team in Guyana took the lead in understanding the challenge, defining the requirements, and driving the initiative forward. The Guyana team worked closely with Archer's Technology Center in Stavanger who transformed a customer need into the innovative X-LOCK plug. The project highlights the value of local expertise, strong customer relationships, and collaboration across Archer. Led by Carlos Villamizar the team continues to make a difference every day - supporting customers, solving operational challenges, and contributing to the development of new technology. The X-LOCK plug is a great example of what can happen when local knowledge and in-house engineering expertise come together to deliver practical solutions for our customers. #WeAreArcher #Innovation #Teamwork
