𝘼 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡-𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙣𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 ⭐ Congratulations to our apprentice, Fraser, on being nominated for “Most Improved Apprentice” by Tullos Training Ltd.   Fraser joined Archer Well Services UK workshop team last summer after leaving a previous apprenticeship with limited support. Just 12 months later, this nomination reflects his hard work, strong performance, and determination to develop his skills.   His journey shows what can be achieved with the right support. Through teamwork, proactive learning, and a strong focus on doing things the right way, Fraser has made excellent progress.
