Based in the Netherlands, he stepped into the role of Operation Manager for Archer Well Services in Continental Europe in 2023. He leverages his broad experience and collaborative mindset to support safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Jacek is known for his dedication and hands-on approach, consistently working to ensure strong team performance and reliable delivery. Outside of work, Jacek enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is also passionate about volleyball and hiking - activities that reflect the energy and commitment he brings to his professional life.
