I never thought we'd be here. Honestly, there were days I questioned everything. Whether this was even possible. Whether anyone would trust a small startup from Noida to move nurses across continents — compliantly, ethically, with real outcomes. But I kept coming back to one image. A nursing graduate from a Tier-2 city. Qualified. Hardworking. Sitting on a talent nobody could see. Europe is desperate for healthcare workers. India has them in abundance. And yet the bridge between the two was broken — full of middlemen, broken promises, and zero accountability. We decided to build that bridge properly. Not just placement. Not just visas. But a full Centre of Excellence — where candidates are language-trained, clinically upskilled, culturally oriented, and genuinely ready before they board that flight. So they don't just survive abroad. They belong there. Today, Business Standard covered our story. And while I'm grateful — I know we're still at the beginning. There is a lot of work that's still left. Link of the article in the comments ...
