🪞 Fricciones — where reflection becomes space ✨ Created by Argentine artist Luciana Lamothe, *Fricciones* (2022) is an immersive installation that blurs the boundaries between art, architecture, and spatial experimentation. Constructed from phenolic panels and mirrors, the work transforms perception through a carefully orchestrated interplay of reflection, materiality, and movement. Currently exhibited at *Frestas – Trienal de Artes* in Sorocaba, the installation invites visitors to navigate a shifting environment where surfaces appear to dissolve, multiply, and reframe the surrounding space. As reflections overlap and perspectives change, the experience becomes as much about the observer as the object itself.
