Arcade.dev sits between every agent and the systems it acts on. So when something breaks, does everything go down with it? Short answer: no. Most failures come from the third-party services an agent calls, not from Arcade. When a service times out or a token expires, Arcade returns a clean result the agent can work with instead of it being stuck. On the security side, every action is scoped to one user.
