Last week, we spent time with Nicole McLaughlin, our first Design Ambassador, at our HQ in North Vancouver. She led a hands-on session with our Cut & Sew team, bringing circularity into something simple and tangible. Using product that had reached the end of its usable life and couldn’t be repaired through ReBIRD™, the team transformed excess materials into GORE-TEX® flowers. What stayed with us was the room; people willing to try new things, making, testing, adjusting as they went. It’s a reminder that circularity isn’t only about systems and scale. It also lives in the small moments where creativity meets constraint, and where we choose to see potential instead of waste. And sometimes, it looks like turning end-of-life jackets into flowers. #ArcteryxLife #Circularity
