Last week, we held our first-ever Emerald Club Luncheon to recognize employees who have dedicated 20+ years to The Arc. In a field where long-term retention can be a challenge, we're proud that nearly 10% of our workforce has been with us for more than two decades. These team members have helped shape our organization, mentored new staff, built lasting relationships with the people we support, and contributed to a culture that has allowed our mission to thrive year after year.
