He also serves as Chairman of the Saudi National Fiber Network (SNFN) and previously as Chairman of Bayanat. A Harvard Program for Leadership Development graduate and MBA holder from the University of Leicester, Alaa has transformed Mobily's culture into a customer-focused, data-driven environment, earning CST's Customer Experience Award for three consecutive years.
