Rosewood Abu Dhabi is a landmark luxury hospitality development on Al Maryah Island, at the centre of the capital's business and lifestyle district. Delivered by ACC, the project involved full-scope execution across substructure and superstructure works, high-spec architectural finishes, specialist joinery, MEP systems, façade engineering, and landscaping. The tower is fully integrated within the Sowwah Square masterpian, connected via a shared podium to The Galleria and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. The project required advanced engineering coordination. The curved façade geometry demanded high-precision alignment between structural and envelope systems, while the curtain wall was designed to reduce solar heat gain in a coastal environment. The structure is supported by a reinforced concrete core and shear wall svstem engineered for lateral load and seismic performance. Internally, the hotel was delivered to premium international hospitality standards, incorporating bespoke stonework, custom timber elements, and premium materials sourced globally, with seamless integration of building services. LEED Gold certified.
