The Architect Show in December. None of these shows are negotiating their dates. The build window is what it is. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲:  → Custom builds for any autumn show with a brief locked by mid-June  → Refresh builds for exhibitors with existing modular systems  → Strategic refits where the structural base is intact and the brand layer needs updating 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗱-𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲:  → Full custom builds for September shows (TIF)  → Premium-tier builds for October shows (Auto Athina, ENERGIA.TEC) → Multi-show coordinated campaigns where lead-times have to align 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆:  → Custom builds for October without scope compromises  → Any autumn build that requires long-lead materials (custom lighting, structural elements, bespoke fabrication) This is calendar physics.
